Sorry it's a new one but it is MUCH better, and not too expensive. Copies will be available at the UCSD bookstore soon, bundled with a free solutions manual and cdrom. Transmission Genetics is a custom paperback of selected chapters from the larger textbook Genetics: A Conceptual Approach, so that book is also fine if you can get a copy.
Q: What if I have a conflicting exam during an out-of-class midterm?
A: Please talk to the head TA on the first week of class. (Head TA is to be announced).
Q: What if I am enrolled in one section but want to attend class at the other time?
A: The lectures will be the same at both times, but the classrooms are generally full to capacity. Therefore seats are
reserved for the students enrolled at that class time; students from the other class are asked to sit in the aisles
unless seats are empty after the lecture begins.
