Important information on your FINAL EXAM:
1) You can pick up your final exams AND midterms at York 3080
2) If you did not sign the waiver, you can pick up your exams with Dr. Mandy Butler or Dr. Marilyn Martineau, whom are both in York 3080.
3) REGRADE REQUESTS are due Monday, June 23, 2003 by 5:00 pm electronically to sarmimah@yahoo.com.
4) Any REQUESTS submitted after 5:00 pm on Monday, June 23 will NOT be accepted.
5) REGRADES need to be submitted in writing, attached to the exam by INTERCAMPUS MAIL to Silvia Mah, Mail Code 0202.
6) REMEMBER, your whole exam will be regraded upon submition of any request.
7) Regrades will be processed as soon as the hard-copy exam and request is received via intercampus mail.
6) Regraded exams will be available for pick-up June 26, 2003 at York 3080.
