Information for platform and poster presenters:
Platform talks should be 12 minutes in duration; 2 minutes will be allotted for questions. Allowing one minute for the transition between talks, this will allow for 4 talks per hour. The schedule is full, and there are a lot of exciting talks, so please make an effort to stay on time!

Posters should fit in a 4x4' space. Boards and pushpins will be provided.
Workshops will be held on Sunday 8/11 from 1-6 PM in Peterson 110.

All sessions will have LCD, overhead and slide projectors.

For speakers using Powerpoint, either bring your file on a CD or portable hard drive (iPod, etc.) in Office2000/2001-compatible format, or bring your own computer.

Check in for on campus housing starts at 1 pm at the Warren College registration desk.

-Meeting registration will take place from 1 pm to 5:30 pm outside by the Warren College registration desk.
-Meals will be served buffet style, "all-you-can-eat" at Canyon Vista located on the Warren Campus.The meal times are listed below:

For those staying off campus:
8/11 & 8/12 lunch 12:00 - 12:45 pm
8/10 & 8/11 dinner 5:30 – 6:15 pm

For those in on campus housing:
8/11, 8/12 & 8/13 breakfast 7:30 - 8:15 am
8/11, 8/12 & 8/13 lunch 12:00 - 12:45 pm
8/10 & 8/11 dinner 5:30 – 6:15 pm

There will be a catered dinner on Monday, 8/12 for all participants at Revelle Plaza from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
-Phone messages for people staying on campus can be left at the Warren Conference Desk at (858)534-3811, 7:30 am - midnight. Emergencies from midnight - 7:30 am can be reported to the UCSD Police (emergencies only) at (858)534-4357.

Please note that it will be a 10-15 minute walk from Warren College (your housing and meals) to the rooms where the sessions are being held.
